    Blackberry Cacao

    Dark blackberries, cacao nibs and smooth chocolate come together in a vibrant, raw and deeply nourishing delight — rich in flavor, texture and natural energy.

    Ingredients

    • 100 g ceremonial cacao
    • 1 tsp coconut oil or Almarte Cacao Butter
    • Fresh blackberries
    • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
    • Crushed almonds or pistachios
    • Optional: maple syrup, sea salt or cinnamon

    Preparation

    1. Melt the chocolate gently together with coconut oil or cacao butter
    2. Fill silicone molds or shape small chocolate cups on parchment paper.
    3. Add fresh blackberries, cacao nibs and crushed nuts into the center.
    4. Cover lightly with more melted chocolate if desired.
    5. Let cool in the fridge for 20–30 minutes until firm.
    6. Serve chilled and enjoy slowly.

    • For extra freshness: add mint leaves
    • For more sweetness: drizzle with maple syrup
    • For more crunch: add roasted nuts or seeds
    • For sensual depth: add cinnamon or chili flakes
